A pop-punk song about upcoming G5!
lyrics
---VERSE---
So!
You told me that it doesn't make any sense, but
(I don't know, I don't know~)
I wish I could make at least little change, but
(You have to go, you have to go~)
Don't forget our time what we spent, when
(We were young, we were young~)
I refuse, I deny, I won't let go
Give me a minute, stay up late for a bit long.
---BRIDGE---
Can you hear it? Can you feel it? CAN YOU SING IT!?
---CHORUS---
Now it starts with a new generation
Where we all come together
If you're here it's so much fun, and
If you're here it's so much better!
Hope I'll see you in the future,
Cuz I don't want let it end.
I'll be here and get it further,
Take my hand and call me your friend.
---VERSE 2---
Oh!
Try to stay for a bit til I'm done now,
(Won't let go, I won't let go~)
That's a story that is follows to the deep end,
(And you know, and you know~)
Take a sit, open book at the same page,
(I will tell you how it was in back then)
Curtain's rising in a whole brand-new age
(Are you ready, are you ready to engage?)
Go!
---CHORUS 2---
Now it starts with a new generation
Where we all come together
If you're here it's so much fun, and
If you're here it's so much better!
Hope I'll see you in the future,
Cuz I don't want let it end.
I'll be here and get it further,
Take my hand and call me your friend.
---CHORUS 3---
Here it is, the new generation
Where we all came together
If you're here it's so much fun, and
If you're here it's so much better!
Hope I'll see you in the future,
Cuz I don't want let it end.
We'll be here and get it further,
Take my hand and call me~
---END---
Your best friend.

REIMAGINE is just a really good album, all around. Each song is very good, and just has excellent energy. I'm particularly fond of Conviction (but Tempest is a great character for the style, so that's maybe no surprise). Absolutely worth a listen, and I'll have to check out more of Prince Whateverer's music. Kamani
Supplementing sasscore insanity with bolstered vocals and pop-punk songcraft, the California band are kicking ass and breaking boundaries. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 21, 2024
